We are currently looking for a Customer Insights & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) to join our UK team. This is a full-time permanent position. The role is remote within the UK or Germany. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend occasional in-person meetings in London and Germany.

Your tasks:

  • Own the customer insights and analytics initiatives and projects in the UK Growth team for our entity LIBF (London Institute of Banking and Finance) 

  • Create a deep understanding of our customers with quantitative data from multiple sources, including web analytics, performance marketing and CRM 

  • Develop customer segments based on behaviours, preferences, and other relevant criteria to inform more personalised marketing strategies and experiences 

  • Independently investigate customer data to identify noticeable patterns or irregularities in customer behaviour 

  • Develop hypotheses on how to improve the customer experience and increase conversion together with relevant stakeholders 

  • Closely collaborate with UX, Product Owners, Marketing, Website, Content and CRM to test improvements to the customer experience along the entire customer journey 

  • Analyse the impact of tests on key performance metrics and generate deep-dive analyses to communicate insights to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders 

  • Report directly to the Head of Growth International and work closely together to inform steering and prioritisation of growth initiatives along the customer journey for LIBF  

Your profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer insights and analytics role with a strong focus on conversion optimisation, ideally from an e-commerce or B2C software/app environment 

  • Degree in data analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence or another similar qualification with relevant practical experience, ideally from an e-commerce or B2C software/app environment 

  • Curious mindset with a track record of independent data exploration 

  • Passion for developing hypotheses based on data, as well as a creativity in conceptualising tests 

  • Strong knowledge of personalisation related topics and a passion for using data to optimise the user experience 

  • Sound knowledge of the application of agile methods and implementation of agile principles 

  • Fluent english skills in speaking and writing
