Are you passionate about enhancing user experiences by leveraging conversational AI technology seamlessly on marketing websites? At IU International University, we are dedicated to making personalized education globally accessible with AI's transformative power. We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) to lead the development of intuitive and engaging interfaces powered by our custom Layer on top of ChatGPT for our multiple websites. Your role will be crucial in crafting personalized, engaging journeys on our website, helping potential students worldwide find their educational aspirations.

OUR STACK

• Technologies: VueJS 3 and Nuxt 3 with TypeScript; StoryBlok CMS via RestAPI; NodeJS; Vite; TailwindCSS; ChatGPT Integrations; Microservices with PHP 8.3 and Laravel
• Optional Knowledge: Kafka, AWS Kubernetes, AWS Cloudfront, AWS Serverless Aurora, GitLab Pipelines, Cloudinary

YOUR TASKS

• As a pivotal member of our agile team, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between Designers and Engineers. You will focus on enhancing UX/UI through AI-powered features and services to attract new customers to our websites and continue to improve our conversion rate.

• Your primary responsibility will be to bring a design sensibility to development, ensure seamless collaboration with designers, and translate design concepts into beautiful, functional interfaces that dynamically integrate continuous data streams and adapt smoothly to changes after the page load.

• Utilize your vast knowledge of UX and experience with design systems to improve the user experience across our marketing website platform proactively.

• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, particularly AI, and continuously explore new tools and features, next to leveraging established tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to innovate and improve our development process.

• Share your knowledge with the team, mentor junior colleagues, and foster an environment of continuous professional growth.

YOUR PROFILE

• You should have a deep understanding of web technologies, a keen eye for design, and a proven track record of improving UX/UI.
• You have solid experience with TypeScript and frameworks like VueJS and proficiency in object-oriented PHP, SQL, and Laravel.
• You have an extensive background in design systems, dynamic data integration, and automation to create user-centric, visually appealing solutions.
• You are a proactive communicator and collaborative team member who actively engages with engineers, designers, and key stakeholders by sharing knowledge and confidently voicing ideas in guild and community meetings and companywide conferences to deliver outstanding products.
• You are an enthusiastic learner who constantly explores new technologies and techniques to drive innovation.
