Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Program Manager, Collaboration Tools: • Assist the technical team in establishing architectural designs, implementation plans, and participate in the deployment and transition activities from on-premises telephony tools to cloud-based telephony solutions • Provide technology advisory services to establish roadmaps for both cloud-based telephony solutions and Defender for Office 365 platforms based on industry best practices • Support operational priorities regarding telephony solutions, including resilience, end user telephony use cases, call centers and compliance recording services & emergency use cases (e.g. 911) • Other related activities and deliverables as required
Required Qualifications & Skills • A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated expertise in unified communications solutions, including Cisco on-premise solutions (CUCM, UCCX, CER, etc.), and cloud-based telephony solutions (Direct Routing as a Service, Operator Connect, etc.), and Microsoft Teams. • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated knowledge on Microsoft’s Defender for Office 365, as well as other email security and hardening technologies (email gateways, internal relays, DMARC, DKIM, SPF) • A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated expertise in the M365 SaaS suite of solutions, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive & MS Teams
