Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver ready to take on new challenges? We're on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! As part of our IT squad, you'll be the go-to guru for troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely solutions, and keeping our systems running smoothly. Whether it's resolving software glitches, setting up hardware, or assisting with network configurations, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our internal technology infrastructure is top-notch.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Set up and support computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity.
Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure proper functionality and security.
Respond to IT support tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
Assist in managing user accounts and access controls.
Conduct regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware usage.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite), and common software applications.
Experience with computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn
