Your missions

Staff4Me is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming client requests and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. This is a critical role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in providing a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and review client intake forms and applications.
  • Enter client information into the database with a high level of accuracy.
  • Verify and validate client data for completeness and compliance.
  • Follow internal processes and workflows for intake procedures.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather additional information when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, highly preferred
