Customer Service Representative (Russian Speaker)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both English and Russian-speaking customers. Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
