Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Ruckus Engineer to join our team. As a Ruckus Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Ruckus wireless networks for our clients. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver reliable and high-performance wireless solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Ruckus wireless networks based on clients' requirements.
Perform site surveys to assess wireless coverage and identify potential issues.
Configure and troubleshoot Ruckus wireless controllers, access points, and client devices.
Optimize wireless network performance and recommend improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for wireless network issues.
Collaborate with network engineers and other stakeholders to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Ruckus technologies and solutions.

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant work experience
Previous experience working with Guestek; preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Ruckus wireless networks.
Strong knowledge of Ruckus wireless controllers, access points, and client devices.
Experience with wireless network protocols and technologies such as Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax).
Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as Ruckus Certified Wireless Engineer (RCWE) are a plus.
