Summary
As a key member of the PM Pediatric Care marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will assist in the execution of the organization’s corporate marketing strategy with emphasis on community engagement, referral relationships, external partnerships, and local/regional sponsorships. The position will play an important role in building brand awareness and driving growth across PM Pediatric Care’s markets served. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for measurement, and be driven to make an impact in a rapidly growing organization.

Description

MARKETING FOR GROWTH

  • Identify opportunities to draw community exposure and engagement with our brand within the communities we serve; this may include local advertising, sponsorships, event participation, event hosting, and educational opportunities.
  • Partner closely with our local PM office managers or territory marketing leads to identify, target, and market to area pediatricians, family medicine practices, schools, family-oriented businesses, and other local referral sources to grow patient volume.
  • Leverage tracking and reporting tools to monitor progress against initiative KPIs.
  • Assist in selecting appropriate sponsorship opportunities to gain visibility and market presence; think strategically about these opportunities and present ideas clearly and concisely to marketing team and leadership.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for local PM teams to help assess value of various marketing opportunities; assist in execution of such efforts.
  • Develop clinician-facing outreach campaigns to help build brand awareness, grow relationships, and drive patient referrals across our markets. 
  • Support the day-to-day marketing efforts of the department, including working with team members to develop and understand impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Meet deadlines associated with local, regional, and national marketing initiatives, including coordination of advertising, signage, and brand presence at events; gather brand assets, submit artwork, and meet all contractual requirements on time and on budget.
  • Help ensure consistency in messaging and visualization of brand across all channels.
  • Maintain and help improve processes to measure ROI; assist with routine reporting to demonstrate progress and impact of marketing initiatives.


 

DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Assist in the content creation for, and launch of, paid social media campaigns to build the PM brand.
  • Provide planning and support in the development of e-mail marketing campaigns intended to drive patient volume to PM urgent care centers.
     

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Assist with invoice and budget tracking.
  • Research and obtain quotes from third party vendors for various projects.
  • Negotiate and review sponsorship contracts
  • Coordinate signage artwork and approvals with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in marketing
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite, database management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for measurement & improving processes
  • Experience creating and presenting strategic ideas
  • Ability to occasionally work events on evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift or move packages up to 50 lbs.
