Job description

Centurion is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full-time Contract Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team.



 

The Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies, delivering a strong candidate experience, and driving hiring efforts from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring  IT managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process from scheduling through feedback
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through the selection and offer process
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruiting data and documentation
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably in IT or technical roles
