Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processes.
Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll elements, payroll definitions, and payroll relationships.
Design and implement payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, involuntary deductions, and taxation rules.
Configure payroll balances, balance dimensions, costing, and payment methods.
Manage payroll processing activities including pre-payments, payments, and reconciliation.
Configure payroll workflows, approval processes, and security roles.
Support statutory and legislative payroll requirements.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy.
Conduct SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
