Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

The HCM Specialist will be responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions within an enterprise environment. The role involves ensuring that HCM system configurations align with business requirements, organizational policies, collective agreements, and regulatory compliance standards while delivering efficient and reliable HR operations.

The specialist will provide advanced functional support, troubleshoot complex system issues, manage integrations between HCM, payroll, ERP, finance, and timekeeping applications, and ensure data integrity across systems. Responsibilities include configuring HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, and Absence Management, supporting quarterly system releases, conducting testing and validation activities, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation.

Additionally, the role will focus on process improvement, workflow optimization, automation initiatives, and the enhancement of employee self-service capabilities. The consultant will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle reporting tools and SQL, provide user training, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system performance, compliance, and overall user experience.
