Job description

About the Role

We are seeking an Administration & Manifesting Assistant to join our team in Bundaberg East. This is a Full Time Permanent Position (8am Starts). As an Administration & Manifesting Assistant, you will respond to customer needs in a professional and timely manner while providing support with administrative duties, data entry, and manifesting tasks. This role is ideal for someone starting out in their admin career or looking for a stable office role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across a range of operational and business functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy, including processing manifests and consignment documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, customers, drivers, and other external stakeholders to support daily operations.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational efficiency and service delivery.
