We’re looking for a Managing Director to join our Capital Raising team in Principal Real Estate. In this role, you will lead sales efforts for defined contribution private equity real estate solutions, including established offerings and new product development initiatives across private markets. You will focus on growing assets with new and existing investors, partnering across internal sales and retirement teams, and helping position private real estate strategies for the defined contribution market.

Who You Are:
Must have the ability to travel, approximately 50% of the time
The base salary range for this role is $211,000 - $285,000 as indicated above. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
In addition to base pay, this role participates in an annual profit share bonus plan.
Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: No Additional Information:We’re open to considering remote and hybrid talent.
