Job description

  • Execute client data migrations from files (ranging from simple to highly complex) into our SaaS platform, ensuring seamless and accurate transfers;

  • Provide support to both employees and clients, resolving data import-related issues and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience;

  • Identify, document, and report bugs in the internal Import Tool. Track progress and collaborate with the team until issues are fully resolved;

  • Develop innovative solutions, including script automation; to continuously enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity;

  • Uphold the highest standards of data security and confidentiality by rigorously applying established policies and best practices;

  • Collaborate closely with team members, assisting in complex problem-solving, process documentation, and technical support as needed;

  • Test and validate newly developed solutions, offering constructive feedback and proactively seeking opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (advanced written and spoken), as you will work in an international team environment;

  • Solid experience in data-centric roles requiring strong technical skills;

  • Proven track record in both technical and non-technical customer interactions;

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL;

  • Understanding of programming logic, ideally with languages like Python or R;

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;

  • Demonstrated ownership, strong time management skills, and a clear sense of urgency;

  • Excellent organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Degree or ongoing studies in IT-related fields (Data Processing, Software Engineering, etc.).

  • Experience in a SaaS company, especially in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hybrid model (CWB): If you live in Curitiba and the metropolitan region, you will work a few days in our office in the center of Curitiba and from home (to be aligned with your leadership).

  • Remote model: you will work 100% from home, but you will also be welcome in our offices in Curitiba and Rio de Janeiro.
