Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of recruiting skilled trades or construction roles (excluding candidates with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, or tech backgrounds)
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple open positions in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport quickly and work under pressure; strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus; MSP/VMS experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
  • Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and compliance; communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience; occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent deadlines

Job description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Construction / Skilled Trades Staffing Recruiter to join our team!

We are looking for recruiters with prior high-volume experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles within the construction industry (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). For this role, we are not considering candidates with only on-demand manufacturing, light industrial, hospitality, healthcare, IT, and/or tech staffing backgrounds.

This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry.

  • Location: Remote
  • Salary Range: $50,000+ (depending on experience)
  • Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
  • Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time off

Qualifications
