Job description

Our Mission

Our mission in Crimson Rise is to be the launching pad that equips young students

globally to compete on the world stage. Crimson’s technology, resources, and expertise removes barriers of geography and legacy, seeing its students reach their greatest potential thanks to the dedication of their personalized Crimson teams.

As we expand our team, we are seeking innovative educators who are passionate about shaping the future of learning. Join us as we aim to unlock our students’ potential, guiding them through a transformative process that leads to admission into top US and UK private schools and universities. Be part of a visionary team committed to making a significant impact on global education standards and student success.

Our Team

The Rise Strategy Team spans 3 continents, bringing together educators, innovators, artists, athletes, researchers, and advocates who believe every student deserves a personalized education experience regardless of where they’re coming from. Hailing from top universities worldwide, our Strategists bring their personal experiences to the table as they invest in the team’s overall expertise and support parents and students in navigating today’s increasingly complex education landscape.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Crimson Rise Strategy Consultant, you will work directly with young students (typically ages 10-14, occasionally younger) and their parents to develop and execute academic, extracurricular, and personal growth goals in line with desired academic or professional pathways. You’ll be responsible for

  • Creating, maintaining, and ensuring execution on strategic roadmaps

  • Leading a team of experts to support the execution of these roadmaps

  • Identifying age-appropriate, interest-aligned competitions and activities

  • Communicating the latest university admissions trends

  • Partnering with parents to ensure a quality service experience and tangible growth

As an Early Education Specialist, you will also serve a smaller portfolio of pre-Rise families through Crimson's early-stage advisory service. This is a new branch of Crimson Rise, and you’ll contribute significantly to the program’s development as it scales. In Stage 1 (Ages 0-5), you'll advise parents directly on early childhood education strategy; in Stage 2 (Ages 6–10), you'll work with parents and students together to build foundational academic, extracurricular, and habit-formation plans. You'll be responsible for:

  • Creating, maintaining, and ensuring execution on developmental roadmaps

  • Advising parents on elementary school selection, curriculum philosophy, and application processes (e.g. Montessori, Reggio, Waldorf, bilingual immersion, traditional)

  • Advising parents on developmental milestones, at-home enrichment activities, language acquisition strategies, and early academic strategy in literacy, writing, and mathematics

  • Identifying early-stage extracurricular exposure, competitions pathways, personal projects, and summer programming that lay the groundwork for future projects

  • Identifying and vetting localized partner services (tutoring, extracurriculars) where relevant

Services You’ll Provide

As a Rise Strategist

  • Guide students in pre-college academic strategy, including:

    • Assessing academic performance and proposing improvement/growth solutions

    • Advising on curriculum selection and pros/cons of public, private, boarding, online, and homeschool

    • Selecting courses, activities, summer programs, and super-curricular programs

    • Ideating advanced capstone projects that can scale throughout high school

    • Building advanced competitions plans that span high school

    • Optimizing recommendations for university admissions based on shifting trends and student’s location, background, resources, and strengths

  • Provide holistic, consultant-led coaching to students 1:1, including

    • Organization, time management, goal-setting, and study skills

    • Guided interest identification and career research

    • Guided project brainstorming and activities selection

    • Tailored reading lists and guidance on vocabulary improvement

    • Introduction to university admissions and expectations

    • Reflections on priorities, interests, motivators, strengths, and stress management

    • Helping students become healthy, clear-minded thinkers confident in inherent value and able to engage passionately with their interests and the world around

  • Support sales and marketing teams across Crimson in understanding / presenting the Rise program to prospective clients.

As an Early Education Specialist

  • Provide specialized, education-centric guidance to parents and children during early years (0-10 years old), including:

    • Early childhood school selection and curriculum choice (comparing systems like Montessori, Reggio, Waldorf, bilingual immersion, traditional)

    • Early developmental milestones (cognitive, language, motor, social-emotional), along with at-home activities and family habits to support development

    • Early childhood language acquisition strategy, centered around family goals and culture

    • Identification and vetting of local, in-person tutoring or extracurricular services to support execution of overarching strategy

    • Building and maintaining a personalized development roadmap, with regular strategy alignment sessions

  • Support planning and development of pre-Rise services for 0-10 year-olds, including:

    • Participation in sales consults, trainings, or speaking engagements

    • Supporting internal training and sales/marketing questions

    • Creating resources or collateral which may be scaled for future Strategists

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree from a Top 30 US or Top 20 UK university

  • 5+ years of professional working experience

  • 3+ years of experience educating, coaching, or working with 6–14-year-olds; comfortable working directly with parents as the primary client

  • Deep fluency in early childhood education philosophies and elementary school landscape
