Job description

An international iGaming company is looking for a relationship-driven VIP professional to manage and grow high-value customer relationships within the Mexican market. This role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience through personalised communication, proactive engagement, and long-term relationship building.

You will work closely with VIP players, ensuring exceptional service standards while creating memorable customer experiences across multiple communication channels and touchpoints.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers through personalised and proactive communication

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create long-term customer loyalty

  • Engage with customers across multiple communication channels and platforms

  • Understand customer preferences, behaviours, and needs to provide tailored experiences

  • Organise and coordinate VIP activities, events, and market-focused initiatives

  • Maintain strong awareness of local trends, networking opportunities, and relevant social events within the Mexican market

  • Handle customer requests and escalations professionally and efficiently

  • Create positive and memorable customer journeys aligned with VIP service standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement and retention strategies

  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker with good English communication skills (B2 level or higher)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in VIP Account Management, Account Management, or Customer Relationship roles within iGaming, online casino, or land-based casino environments

  • Strong experience working with high-value clients within the Mexican market

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Strong networking and customer engagement abilities

  • Self-driven and proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations skills

  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt communication styles to different personalities

  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills within fast-paced environments

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms is considered an advantage

  • Knowledge of local events, market trends, and networking opportunities within Mexico is highly desirable
