What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business department;
  • High-level English & Turkish proficiency;
  • 0-2 years of experience in related areas;
  • Good understanding of financial modeling and ability to recommend or make improvements;
  • Ability to understand business drivers of the company and link local and global business drivers to financial modeling;
  • Comprehensive Excel spreadsheet and business modeling skills;
  • SQL knowledge is a plus;
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills;
  • Tech-driven mindset with an interest in AI and automation tools, and motivation to apply them in financial controlling and daily finance operations;
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn, including new technologies and skills;
  • A CPA internship is a plus;
  • Audit/tax experience in Big 4 is a plus.

What you’ll do:

  • Actively assist the financial controlling team in ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial reporting to executive management and investors;
