  • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students and partners consistently

The Education Advisor will require excellent communication and inter-personal skills in written and by phone; projecting a courteous and professional manner at all times when representing the company. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering (mainly by phone) sales enquiries received through our web site or any other marketing campaign: social media, google Adwords, other directories, etc.
  • Updating the company CRM with all details, follow up information, sales, tasks, etc.
  • Helping in all marketing strategies to promote Bayswater schools into the market (especially the LATAM market)
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students and partners consistently.
  • Following the agreed internal processes and procedures and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.


Knowledge, qualifications and experience 

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Overseas studying/working experience, ideally with exposure to an international environment.
  • A third language will be desirable: Italian, German, Turkish, Arabic, French, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.
  • Sales experience in Education industry or services.
  • Strong computer literacy, with practical experience navigating and managing data within a CRM system 
  • An undergraduate degree focused on business, marketing, sales, language or tourism (desirable)
  • Customer service experience (desirable).
  • Eligible to work as a contractor
