Job description

About CouponFollow:

Established in 2010 and acquired by System1 (NYSE:SST) in 2022, CouponFollow is a fast-growing, international product company with a headquarters in NY. Our mission is to make saving money simple and trustworthy. We build products that help shoppers find verified coupons, discover great deals, and earn rewards—powered by a robust data foundation we’re constantly evolving.

We're a truly global team of almost 100 people, with our product & engineering talent located primarily in Poland, and our business team based in the U.S. We thrive in a remote-first culture while still enjoying occasional in-person meetups. Additionally, our cozy office in Toruń, Poland, provides a hub for collaborative events.

About the Role and Your Impact:

We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our offer intelligence platform—and to identify new ways to leverage our data to drive business goals and identify opportunities both inside the organization and externally (new product surfaces, B2C experiences, and B2B solutions).

This role has real ownership. You’ll write strong briefs, translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements, and drive cross-functional execution. You’ll work closely with engineering, analytics, and stakeholders across teams, so communication and expectation-setting are core to the job.

We use AI pragmatically to accelerate discovery, prototyping, development and analysis — and we expect the same from our PMs, paired with rigorous testing and measurement discipline.

What You Will Do:

Identify opportunities and write clear product briefs

  • Identify high-leverage opportunities to use offer and merchant data to drive business goals (growth, revenue, retention, product quality).

  • Explore new product surfaces and external plays (B2C/B2B) and turn them into crisp briefs and prototypes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to size impact, validate assumptions, and decide what “good” looks like before work begins.

Own the roadmap for offer intelligence capabilities

  • Define and evolve the roadmap for core capabilities (data ingestion, signal interpretation, validation, ranking, and enrichment from noisy sources).

  • Identify where there are opportunities to further improve offer intelligence (extraction, normalization, classification, ranking, validation.

  • Prioritize the highest-leverage improvements to drive better shopper outcomes (accuracy, freshness, validity, consistency).

  • Balance near-term wins with longer-term platform investments that improve reliability and velocity.

Drive execution end-to-end

  • Lead initiatives from discovery → requirements → delivery → iteration.

  • Translate inputs into clear PRDs/specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.

  • Run planning/refinement and cross-team alignment; remove ambiguity and unblock execution.

  • Ensure launches are evaluated against meaningful KPIs and that results feed back into the roadmap.

Product quality & release readiness

  • Define the quality bar for offer intelligence and bake it into planning and launch decisions.

  • Ensure major changes have a clear evaluation plan (before/after measurement, guardrails, and post-launch check-ins).

  • Keep documentation lightweight but useful: expected behavior, known edge cases, and dependencies.

Cross-team communication & stakeholder management

  • Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs—and reset expectations quickly when things change.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Keep execution moving through crisp documentation and strong follow-through.

What We Offer:

  • B2B contract with a U.S.-based company

  • Remote-first work environment

  • Flexible working hours

  • Hourly rate: $40-50 (Compensation paid in USD, with a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 4 PLN)

  • 10 days (80 hours) of paid Recharge Days  per year (after 6 months)

  • Annual bonus (min. 5% of yearly earnings)

  • $1,000 annual learning budget + paid learning time (up to 3h/week)

  • MyBenefit cafeteria program

  • Fully funded offsites

  • All necessary equipment and software licenses provided

  • Work on a high-impact product domain at scale, with clear business importance.

  • Space to experiment and innovate

  • A culture that’s still startup-like: fast, pragmatic, and low on bureaucracy
