We are seeking an experienced Process Implementation Consultant to join a large-scale internal platform programme within a major energy group. Working within the Organisational Development function, you will act as the functional bridge between process design, product management and Atlassian tooling, helping teams operate more consistently and transparently.

What you'll be doing

• Analysing existing and target processes alongside process owners, functional leads and implementation teams
  
• Translating process requirements into Jira, Confluence and JSM configurations, including issue types, fields, statuses, transitions, permissions, automations and dashboards
  
• Developing and continuously improving workflow concepts, balancing programme-wide standards with team-specific flexibility
  
• Documenting implemented workflows, configuration decisions and usage guidelines in a structured, reusable way
  
• Identifying gaps between current process execution and tool usage, and proposing pragmatic improvements
  
• Designing and implementing templates, boards, spaces and onboarding flows within the Atlassian suite
  
• Facilitating workshops to collect requirements, validate workflow proposals and drive adoption across project teams
  
• Coordinating with architecture, IAM, platform and security stakeholders on process-driven tooling requirements
  
• Contributing to the evaluation of plug-ins and extensions from a functional and process-driven perspective
  

Requirements

What you'll need

• Proven experience translating business and process requirements into Atlassian-based workflows and configurations (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
  
• Strong understanding of Jira workflow design: issue types, fields, transitions, permissions, boards, dashboards and automations
  
• Experience analysing process landscapes and deriving tool-based solutions
  
• Solid understanding of product delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Multi-Release Management or Platform Engineering)
  
• Experience defining and maintaining dashboards, filters and reporting structures
  
• Ability to produce clear documentation, templates and onboarding materials
  
• Fluent English, spoken and written (C1 minimum)
  

Desirable

• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM, DevOps or SRE practices
  
• Experience evaluating plug-ins and extensions from a functional perspective
  
• Experience deriving integration requirements for Atlassian tools (e.g. GitLab, CMDB, external ticketing)
  
• Fluent German, spoken and written (C1 minimum)
