Role Overview

  • We’re looking for an AU Mortgage Senior Loan Processor who thrives on momentum, ownership, and getting complex files across the line smoothly. This is the perfect role for someone who genuinely enjoys staying three steps ahead — spotting missing documents early, keeping stakeholders informed before they follow up, and making settlements feel seamless.
  • You’ll manage Australian mortgage applications from post-strategy through to settlement while working closely with brokers, lenders, solicitors, valuers, and clients. If you love organized pipelines, proactive communication, and seeing clean files settle successfully, this role was made for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Australian mortgage applications from submission to settlement.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications via AOL.
  • Maintain accurate file management within MyCRM.
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, solicitors, valuers, and clients.
  • Monitor lender SLAs and conduct proactive follow-ups.
  • Identify and escalate risks and file issues early.
  • Maintain accurate workflow tracking, task management, and compliance records.
  • Provide proactive updates to brokers and clients.
  • Support timely and accurate settlements across multiple active files.
  • Manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining accuracy and turnaround times.
  • Ensure loan submissions meet lender policy and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to workflow and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Minimum 3+ years of Australian mortgage processing experience.
  • Experience managing mortgage applications from post-strategy through settlement.
  • Strong understanding of Australian lender policy and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using MyCRM and AOL.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines independently.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and task management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Experience working in a structured remote mortgage processing team.
  • Experience supporting brokers within fast-paced mortgage environments.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience contributing to workflow improvement initiatives.
