  • Provide technical analysis and oversight across all systems engineering aspects of the EHRM transition to a COTS product line, including requirements development, network and system environment setup, test, change management, release and deployment, support, and sustainment.
  • Actively monitor for, identify, and address technical risks, gaps, and opportunities affecting the ability of the solution architecture to satisfy requirements throughout the lifecycle.
  • Prepare analysis of alternatives (AoA) presentations to support client and program decision making.
  • Proactively engage Integration and Interfaces, Cyber, Infrastructure, Architecture, and other stakeholder teams to ensure timely execution of strategic plans and schedules.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of professional engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role.
