Working Title: Manager, Provider Performance

FLSA Status: Exempt

Posting Salary Range: $67,632- $90,457

Office Location: Remote within North Carolina

What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Manager, Provider Performance to join our team! The Manager, Provider Performance leads provider network operations and is accountable for execution of network strategies and team performance. The role directs staff and manages cross functional activities to support provider performance, analyze provider data, and ensure network adequacy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.


On a typical day, you might:


  • Lead and manage provider network staff, including performance, coaching, and accountability
  • Direct execution of network development and management activities to support provider performance and value-based care
  • Monitor provider performance, capacity, and compliance to identify gaps and support network optimization
  • Lead resolution of provider performance issues, access barriers, and network deficiencies
  • Oversee provider data accuracy and performance analytics to support reporting, decision making, and value-based care initiatives

Qualifications


Required:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or Health Informatics and three (3) years of experience in network management, contracting, data analytics, data management, practice management, or related healthcare operations; OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or Health Informatics and one (1) year of experience in network management, contracting, data analytics, data management, practice management, or related healthcare operations; OR 
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or Health Informatics
  • Supervision of two (2) or more employees
  • Working knowledge of the Health Care Payment Learning & Action Network (HCP LAN) framework and Alternative Payment Models (APMs)
  • Working knowledge of value-based purchasing concepts 
  • Certifications: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent project management certification will be accepted
