Senior Data Analyst (Business Insights & Tableau)

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data and decision-making. This role is designed for someone who does more than analyze data, you translate it into clear, actionable insights that influence business strategy and leadership decisions.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand key questions, perform deep analysis, and deliver intuitive Tableau dashboards and reports that drive meaningful outcomes.

 

Salary: $72,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition to insight delivery and recommendation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards that are clear, intuitive, and actionable.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve business performance through data.

This is a business-facing analytics role focused on insight generation and decision support.
• Not a data science, machine learning, or data engineering position.
• Strong emphasis on storytelling, stakeholder partnership, and business impact.
• Success is measured by how effectively your insights drive decisions, not technical output.

Location & Working Hours

This role is remote, aligned to our Eastern Time Zone corporate office. Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones will be best positioned to collaborate effectively during core business hours.
