Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree with fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain (production planning, purchasing, or procurement)
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Excel reporting and analytics skills; IBP experience highly desired
  • General knowledge of electronic components (connectors and sensors) and understanding of Lean concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S)

  • Monitor and drive end-to-end supply chain performance for assigned manufacturing sites, including demand analysis, supply reliability, flexibility, agility, and inventory efficiency
  • Coordinate with plant operations to analyze and propose long-range capacity solutions to proactively address potential supply constraints before they impact production and customers
  • Assist Master Schedulers in using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes, lead strategic supply chain projects, and monitor KPIs to close gaps

Job Overview

Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers and identifies opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.

Job Requirements

  • Managing day-to-day operational coordination and escalations, reviewing and tracking checklists, ensuring all supply chain activity is completed timely, and avoiding project delays.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with multiple teams in arranging the manufacture or the purchase of stock to meet promised deliveries against forecasted demand.
  • Implementing supply chain optimization projects, creating processes to gather supply chain data, and analyzing them to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaising with the internal functions to determine priorities and working with the cross-functional leads to identify, plan and resolve inconsistencies and gaps between demand and supply.

What your background should look like

What your background should look like:
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
•    More than +3 years of experience in Supply Chain within production planning/purchasing/procurement
•    Expertise in Computer skills (SAP R/3, MS Excel, Power Point, and Word).  IBP experience highly desired
•    Excel skills is required to support reporting and analytics requirements
•   General knowledge about electronic parts such as connectors and sensors.
•   Understanding of Lean Concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S, etc.)


Key responsibilities
•    Monitor and drive end to end supply chain performance efficiency and excellency for Manufacturing sites assigned. Work on Demand analysis; Supply reliability, flexibility, and agility; Inventory efficiency.
•    Coordinate with plant operations to analyze and recommend long range capacity solutions to proactively satisfy potential supply constraints before they impact the plant and customers.
•    Assist Master Schedulers in using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance.
•    Collaborate with  global counterparts to analyze & improve the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain process
•    Identify and lead strategic supply chain projects related to supply chain optimization and footprint moves.
•    Monitor & report on supply chain KPI’s and drive actions to close any gaps
•    Monitor the progress of orders from Performance Materials in terms of quantity and shipping timeliness.
•    Working with inventory level targets. Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost.
•    Support the Supply Chain team with data entry and processing.
•    Monitor scheduled orders accuracy to drive improvement of std work
•    Manage day-to-day operational coordination and escalations, exception / performance management


Key Skills:
•   Highly motivated and able to work independently
•   Good communication skills and must be good with numbers
•   Strong understanding of Material Resource Planning systems: MRP, PP, Materials Requisitions.
•   Proactivity, team player, confident in negotiations internally and with external entities
•   Analytical skills with a structured logical way of thinking
•   Excellent Problem-Solving Attitude
