LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT


Our Leicestershire Property Operations team is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated Regional Property Inspector (RPI) to work throughout Leicestershire, providing essential support to colleagues at our facilities Managed (FM) and operational sites.


This role involves conducting crucial audits across our unmanned estate and performing detailed audits with site managers where personnel are based. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to plan their own day, ensuring all audits are completed on time and according to plan.

They will also possess the ability to drive tasks to completion with strong influencing skills and proactive behaviours. In addition to the planned audits, spot checks will also be undertaken to ensure work is completed to the highest standards and aligns with the job specification. If any issues are identified, you will need to provide constructive feedback to others to resolve.


Key Responsibilities:
