Requirements:

  • Handle customer complaints, both internal and external, via defined complaint processes
  • Collaborate with global and local functions in logistics, supply chain, master data, regulatory and legal to organize and execute orders; provide support to Field Service Engineers and Sales as needed

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
In this challenging position as Customer Support Specialist, you will be working in a dynamic team of ~20 highly motivated colleagues in our international Order-To-Bill department in Maastricht. You will act as an ambassador for our Bayer Medical Care BV organization and make sure that Bayer’s direct customers get the best service possible. Responsibilities and goals you’ll own: 
•    Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through maintaining positive relations with our customers and maintain excellent levels of service via all contacts made whether written or verbal. The frequency of contacts with these customers will be determined by the size of the customer and the number of orders placed during a month. You, as the first point of contact, are expected to deliver exceptional customer service at all times to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 
•    Support the Order-to-Cash and reverse logistics process on a customer level by executing order intake through various ordering channels, order entry in SAP, confirmation and coordination with credit management, supply chain and logistics. Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including invoicing and returns management.
•    Handle customer complaints, both internal and external, via the defined complaint processes. 
To achieve your goals, you will also: 
•    Work closely together with other global and local functions within logistics, supply chain, master data, regulatory and legal departments to organize and execute orders. 
•    Support Field Service Engineers 
•    Support the Sales department (Key Account Managers, Country head, etc.)

You will be joining a dynamic team of ~20 colleagues. Your team is passionate for performance and delivering state of the art Service to our internal customers all over the globe. Additionally, you have a lot of contact with your colleagues in different departments, while you are coordinating our efforts to provide great service. If you need to focus, there are one-person offices to do so. In our meeting rooms, you even get to write on the walls.

WHO ARE YOU
•    You have at minimum a Bachelor Degree in a business-related subject or comparable business experience. This role is also suitable for a recent graduate who would like to take the first steps into the corporate world. 
•    Perfect command of the English language ais a must. Additionally, you need to have professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish.
•    Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills 
•    Flexible and able to work under pressure 
•    Organized and excellent in multitasking 
•    Capable of working in a team as independently 
•    Basic knowledge of marketing, sales and the medical environment adds value 
•    Good practice in MS office; SAP application experience is preferred

 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A start salary between €2970and €3987gross monthly based on 40 hours
  • Possible to work from home office
  • 8% holiday pay, a 13th month and a yearly bonus
  • 34 days of leave, of which 5 are used for days the office is closed
