Job description

Job Details:

Job Description:

Provides senior administrative support and program coordination to the Chief Counsel, International, and the leadership team across EMEA, APJ and China within Intel's Corporate Affairs, Policy, International Trade and Legal (CAPITL) function.

Aligned to the New Intel and CEO Lip-Bu Tan's focus on disciplined execution, this visible role suits a self-starting, globally fluent professional who simplifies how work gets done with smart judgement, discretion and a practical, can-do mindset. The role's core objectives are to proactively anticipate needs, remove friction and stay ahead of priorities, with minimal supervision, escalating only high-risk decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Senior Administration

  • Serve as a proactive administrative partner to the Chief Counsel, International (based in UK) and her globally located leadership team.

  • Own calendar and meeting logistics by triaging and prioritizing inbound requests, managing competing demands and protecting leadership time.

  • Independently manage frequent international travel and meeting needs using appropriate judgement and technology; understand and optimize routes and distances, time zones and options, and engage directly with service providers.

  • Prepare agendas and materials, capture actions, and drive follow-up to support execution and accountability.

  • Trusted with highly sensitive, time-critical and reputationally significant matters; exercises discretion and mature judgement.

Reporting, Budgets and Program Coordination

  • Own and simplify budget tracking, reporting cadence/accuracy and law firm invoice management, coordinating closely with central teams.

  • Own preparation of operational dashboards, using matter management tools to pull relevant data. Identify trends, risks, and variances; propose corrective actions and streamline reporting.

  • Track delivery of team priorities and education programs, ensuring clarity of ownership and progress.

Culture and Expectations (New Intel)
This role plays an active part in crystalizing how a geographically broad and generalist scoped legal team works in the New Intel - what we do and how we do it.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be unencumbered by legacy process

  • Strive to simplify

  • Ensure leadership time is protected and priorities are clear

  • Be brave, disciplined, and practical in how they solve problems

  • Act as a self starter, not waiting for instruction or perfect process

  • Own and define fit for purpose ways of working, simplifying and improving where needed

  • Apply meticulous attention to detail and consistently reflect high professional standards

  • Be an active member of internal and external admin and program coordinator communities

Qualifications:

  • Experience (7+ years) in administrative and program coordination roles within a global organization, supporting and representing senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with senior level judgement and accountability

  • Highly tech savvy, with strong Microsoft 365 capability and advanced levels of confidence using (and trialing new) AI / digital tools.

  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones

  • Professionally mature, progressive in enterprise wide thinking, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.

  • Calm, confident communicator with the courage to push for clarity.
