Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1-3 years of relevant warehousing/logistics experience
  • Forklift experience and the ability to obtain/hold relevant licenses to operate equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs / 25 kg) in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or business

Requirements:

  • Lead warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, and loading/unloading delivery trucks; ensure safety, quality, and accurate documentation.
  • Manage inventory control: update WMS records, support cycle counting, track batch numbers, lot tracking, and expiration dates.
  • Coordinate supplier logistics: communicate with suppliers and transport providers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues; collaborate with procurement, logistics, suppliers, and 3PLs to optimize lead times and storage capacity.
  • Ensure compliance and reporting: uphold company policies and safety regulations; prepare regular inbound KPI reports and monitor budget spend.

You will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, including activities such as truck unloading, putting away, storing, picking, truck loading, stock counting.

How you will contribute

You will: 

  • Work in the warehousing, order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Adhere to all safety and quality checks and specified rules
  • Assemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Load product pallets following standard operating procedures in accordance with the daily delivery schedule

What you will bring

  • Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Have or be able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment
  • Able to Lift a minimum of 50 lbs./25kg

What you need to know about this position:

. Lead Operations Team Management: 

  • Coordinate the receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation, accuracy, and quality control.  

  • Lead WH Teams in unloading, inspection, and storage of goods while adhering to safety and quality standards.  

  • Monitor and report on discrepancies in shipments or damaged goods and manage corrective actions.  

  • Ensure inbound areas are organized and maintain a clean and safe work environment.  

  • Train and guide warehouse staff on proper handling and receiving protocols.  

2. Lead Inventory Control: 

  • Update and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system. 

  • Support cycle counting and stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.  

  • Track and verify batch numbers, lot tracking, and expiration dates. 

3. Supplier & Logistics Coordination: 

  • Communicate with suppliers and transport providers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.  

  • Work closely with the procurement, logistics suppliers and 3PLs to optimize lead times and storage capacity.  

4. Compliance and Reporting: 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.  

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inbound KPI metrics.  

  • Control WH Budget Spend & Reporting.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, supply chain, or Business  

Job specific requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience  

  • High Analytical skills  

  • Advanced Excel user
