The Intermediate Accountant is an exciting opportunity for an extremely organized and deliverables-oriented individual. You will be stepping into a newly created role which will have a direct impact on Incognito’s business.  

Reporting directly to Incognito's Controller, you will manage the Company’s management reporting process and the procurement to pay process.

In this role, you will be required to work fully remote from your home office in Ontario, Canada.
The salary range for this role is $70,000- 75,000 CAD.

Here is what you’ll be doing:

• Prepare various management reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and articulating financial movement
• Accounts Payable: Ownership of the entire procurement to pay process, ensuring supplier, contractors and customers are paid on time
• Ownership of the expense reimbursement process and tools, ensuring timely payments and compliance to approval flows
• Preparation of quarterly product revenue and expenses forecasts
• Preparation of various account reconciliations
• Various ad hoc month end and quarterly end responsibilities
• Assist with special projects for the CFO  

Here is what we’re looking for:

• BA in Finance or Accounting, (CPA Preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in operational finance--experience in software or telecommunications industry preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite preferred
• Working knowledge of IFRS
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization in a highly collaborative environment.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
