Community Manager (Reddit)

United Tech is looking for a Community Manager (Reddit) to manage and grow accounts with a strong focus on organic engagement and building trust within communities

• Create new Reddit accounts and gradually grow them

• Increase key account metrics (karma, activity, subreddit participation) in line with internal requirements

• Manage and maintain existing accounts

• Ensure consistent activity through comments, posts, and content interaction

• Work across different subreddits to build a natural account history

• Monitor account quality and ensure compliance with defined metrics

• Track accounts and performance in spreadsheets

• Basic understanding of how Reddit works (subreddits, karma, account activity)

• Intermediate or higher  level of English (written, communication)

• Comfortable handling a high volume of repetitive tasks without compromising quality

• Detail-oriented and structured in your work approach

• Experience with Reddit or other UGC platforms

• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously

 

• Understanding of factors that influence karma and account activity
