ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a strategic client services professional (Senior Account Manager) with digital and performance marketing experience for Enterprise organizations.

The Senior Account Manager is a client-facing leader responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing programs. This role plays a critical part in delivering a strong client experience, acting as a bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders.

Working both independently and in partnership with an Account Director, the Senior Account Manager helps drive account performance, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures work is aligned to client goals and expectations. This role may lead smaller accounts independently while contributing to larger, more complex engagements.

The ideal candidate has a well-rounded digital marketing background, thrives in a fast-moving agency environment, and demonstrates strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. They are comfortable managing multiple workstreams, collaborating across teams, and bringing a data-driven mindset to client engagements.

This is a newly created role to support the team’s growth. To qualify candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the United States.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Lead execution and coordination across internal teams to deliver high-quality work aligned with client goals
  • Support development of marketing strategies in collaboration with Account Directors and cross-functional teams
  • Build strong relationships with mid-to-senior level client stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and campaign execution, tracking performance and surfacing insights
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and optimization, escalating and partnering with senior leadership as needed
  • Proactively flag risks, challenges, and resource needs to ensure smooth delivery
  • Contribute to a positive client experience through strong communication, organization, and follow-through

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment, with experience in Performance Marketing and Integrated Digital Strategy
  • 2+ years of experience supporting or leading Enterprise-level client engagements
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects or accounts
  • Experience contributing to the development of integrated marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Content, and other performance channels
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience working with mid-to-senior level client stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively to drive execution and results
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of data, analytics, and performance reporting to support optimization and insights
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: USD $100,000 to $115,000; depending on experience and skills
  • Bonus eligible
