partners.

Team & Craft Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and motivate a small distributed team of senior researchers; instill methodological excellence and a bias for action.

Strategic Influencer Aligns execs, frames trade-offs, and turns findings into roadmap commitments and marketing strategies.
Data & Design Expert in Problem Solving – Equally skilled in data analysis and focus groups; integrates quantitative depth with human storytelling.
Builder & Mentor Creates high-trust teams, levels up craft, and scales processes that endure.
Improving Catalyst – Comfortable operating in uncharted territory, pushing methodological innovation, and setting a higher standard for customer empathy.
