Strong technical background in .NET, Microsoft technologies, and Azure.
Experience in CRM, data systems, or topoffunnel tech is a plus.
Experience in nonprofit technology is a plus but not required.
Lead and scale a 20+ person engineering team in a fast growth environment across multiple squads.
Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
Mentor and develop engineering leaders and individual contributors.
Align engineering execution with company objectives and product strategy.
Technical Excellence & Strategy
Oversee architecture, technical decisionmaking, and operational efficiency.
Partner with the Chief Architect to drive scalable and maintainable systems.
Promote modern engineering best practices, including CICD, automated testing, and DevOps excellence.
Ability to fluently talk shop with engineering team and aid in tactical problemsolving as needed.
Colead the EPD team with the VP of Product & Design to align engineering and product roadmaps.
Lead datadriven decisionmaking across engineering and product teams.
