Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who brings depth, discipline, and initiative to the table. This role requires someone comfortable owning end-to-end delivery, from designing backend APIs to building modern, responsive frontends. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering clean, scalable, and secure solutions on Azure.

This isn’t a task-by-task coding job. We’re looking for someone who understands the why behind the work, brings ideas forward, and consistently executes at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.
  • Work across the full stack to implement features, resolve bugs, and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, project managers, and client-facing teams.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that follows best practices.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and cloud-optimized for Azure.
  • Participate in peer reviews, estimations, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and bring forward ideas for improvement.

Core Technical Skills Required

  • Strong experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core/6/7)
  • Solid hands-on experience with Angular or React (must be confident in at least one)
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure — app services, storage, functions, etc.
  • Experience with REST APIs, relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and DevOps principles
  • Microsoft certifications are a strong plus

Experience & Background:

  • 4–6 years of full-stack development experience in modern, structured environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within agile teams
  • Experience contributing to larger systems or platforms — not just isolated modules
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance speed and quality — making pragmatic decisions in delivery

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills — able to actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional teams, contributing to conversations beyond just code.
  • Brings ideas forward proactively, not just when asked.
