Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanishspeaking clients, providing expert guidance on our product offerings.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend product solutions that best fit their business challenges.
  • Facilitate engaging product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase product features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Remain wellinformed on industry developments and competitor products to offer relevant insights to clients.
  • Support clients throughout the implementation of product solutions, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Demonstrated experience in a customerfacing role, ideally in product advisory, sales, or technical support.
      • Solid understanding of product solutions, digital services, and market dynamics.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Selfstarter who can work independently while managing multiple clients effectively.
      • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
      • Analytical mindset coupled with a solutionoriented approach to client challenges.
