    CUSTOMER
    Our client is a wellestablished company in the European automotive market with 20 years of experience in setting global standards in the automotive aftermarket.
    The Customer provides a full cycle of big data processing for the automotive market in over 35 countries and 600+ employees globally.

    PROJECT
    The clients products solve the issues of inefficiencies and data inconsistencies in the automotive aftermarket by providing standardized data and software solutions. These solutions improve operational efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and facilitate better communication across the supply chain. This has a significant impact on the industrys productivity and reliability.

    The web API application is designed to aggregate, process, and provide information about vehicles and their manufacturers. It serves as a centralized platform for managing and delivering structured data related to car brands, manufacturers, and car parts. Built as a serverless, distributed system on AWS, the application ensures high scalability, reliability, and costefficiency by leveraging cloudnative services. It includes an editor module that allows users to manage and update information about car brands, manufacturers, and automotive components, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
    
    The technology stack includes: TypeScript, HTML, SCSS, Angular and Angular Material, RxJS, Jasmine, .NET 8, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, Clean architecture, and Python.

    Job Description

    • Manage endtoend project delivery
    • Collaborate closely with the Сustomer and team to elicit, clarify, and document business and functional requirements (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria, feature specifications)
    • Translate business needs into structured documentation and ensure a shared understanding across the team
    • Organize and facilitate estimation sessions, especially for critical features
    • Analyze and address delivery risks: identify, plan responses, act on issues, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
    • Support continuous improvement through regular process reviews and productivity analysis
    • Ensure that critical delivery processes are followed to minimize downtime and maintain a highquality trend
    • Contribute to roadmap and timeline planning, including coordination across streams if needed
    • Track and manage change requests throughout the delivery cycle
    • Prepare internal project reports (weekly and monthly updates on progress, blockers, and achievements)
    • Lead or participate in brainstorming sessions for new Customer requests
    • Maintain healthy communication with team members, support motivation and team alignment
    • Collaborate with the Recruiting team on upcoming staffing needs (optional if relevant)

    • Qualifications

      • At least 4 years of commercial experience
      • Excellent knowledge of project management methodology, tools, and techniques
      • High proficiency in collaborating with stakeholders, endusers, business partners, and tech teams
      • Strong risk management skills
      • Strong tactical planning and leadership skills
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
      • Strong change management skills
      • Strong analytical and business requirements gathering skills
      • Ability to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business needs directly from stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories and specifications
      • Ability to build rapport, even during interviews
      • Ability to see an opportunity rather than an issue in all situations
      • Advanced level of English
