About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and detailoriented 3D Artist to join our globally distributed creative team. In this role, you’ll create highquality stills and motion graphics using Cinema 4D and Redshift, supporting client and internal projects. You’ll work closely with creative leads to interpret briefs, manage deliverables, and help bring bold concepts to life through rendering, lighting, and composition.
This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to deliver polished work in a deadlinedriven environment.


Responsibilities
  • Create visually stunning 3D stills and animations using Cinema 4D and Redshift (Red)
  • Handle basic 3D modeling and scene setup to support overall visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with art directors and project leads to execute on creative briefs
  • Optimize render scenes for performance and final delivery
  • Manage revisions and feedback loops professionally and efficiently
  • Stay responsive and communicative in a fully remote team
  • Join recurring checkins via Google Meet for feedback and team updates

  • Requirements
  • Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Redshift (Red Now)
  • Experience with both 3D still image rendering and motion graphics
  • A strong eye for lighting, material, texture, and composition
  • Solid time management and organizational skills in a remote environment
  • Clear and consistent communication via Slack, email, and project tools
  • A portfolio showcasing highquality 3D renderings and animations

  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience collaborating with international or remote creative teams
  • Familiarity with other 3D tools (Octane, Blender, etc.)
  • Understanding of ecommerce visuals or product rendering workflows

  • This is a fully remote role open to candidates in LATAM or Brazil, with occasional team checkins during 10 AM – 4 PM EST. Flexibility is encouraged, but responsiveness and availability for feedback calls are key.
