Atleast 2 yrs in recruitment
Mostly Non-IT(80%) and less of IT(20%)
Experience in volume hiring for BPO / KPO (Non Voice) is required
Should be a consistent performer
Should have good communication skills
Should have good network on different social media
Should have experience in sourcing and screening.
Experience in client interaction is an added advantage.
