Title:                              Integrated Client Lead

Company:                     Dentsu International Americas, LLC

Work Location:            150 E. 42ND ST New York, NY 10017 and Option to work from home is available

Travel Required:        20-30% in the US, EMEA, APAC and India. 

Salary range:                Salary: $300,000 - $425,000/year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with client leadership teams to understand their business needs and to identify opportunities to expand, transform and optimize marketing investment strategy.

  • Developing a strategic marketing vision for the client; Identifying the right capabilities and teams across Dentsu to deliver client marketing goals.

  • Ensuring that relevant Dentsu teams understand the client's business and needs.

  • Contributing to client business planning and performance reviews, articulating and executing strategic vision and seamlessly integrating Dentsu's capabilities to achieve client goals.

  • Delivering exceptional business outcomes for the client.

  • Identifying new needs and capabilities that drive stronger client results and maximize the impact of their marketing investment and effort; and Holding accountability for Dentsu's integrated client revenue and profit growth across capabilities.

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

Must have the following skills and experience to perform the above-mentioned tasks:

  • Experience managing a portfolio of business totaling at least $50m

  • Experience driving increased existing client business by cross-selling services and expanding into new business units and locations

  • Experience designing and implementing marketing operations for client businesses

  • Experience leading marketing strategy for complex regional or global clients with multiple stakeholders and scopes of work

  • Experience performing business planning and performance reviews in collaboration with corporate leadership teams

  • Experience analyzing corporate economic performance

  • Experience working with client corporate executives to identify opportunities for marketing growth.

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field and at least five (5) years of experience as a Management Consultant or related occupation.

The annual base salary range for this position is $300,000 - $425,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
