What We Do
Research, obtain, process and send appropriate documents for recording to release liens against real property on behalf of internal and external customers. The position exists because it is one of the many essential steps of clearing title and working together with other departments to take care of our customers.

  • Track documents from start to finish
  • Work with lenders to obtain lien release related documents


What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in a production environment
  • Computer proficiency
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal skills
  • Resourceful and detail oriented
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to multi task in a deadline oriented environment

Salary Range: $17.25 - $22.98 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
