Job Summary 

We are seeking a full-time, Analyst to provide team leadership and support for the United States Coast Guard in government acquisition lifecycle services. This position is fully remote.  

***This is a contingent hire position with an anticipated start date of early September 2025.*** 

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Ability to analyze and review existing procedures, processes, and operational practices and develop process improvements for each. 

  • Review and cross-reference existing agency acquisition policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  

  • Provide expert analysis in identifying regulator or procedural deficiencies and finding a remedy or mitigation to correct the deficiencies.  

  • Assist in developing and conducting compliance audits and providing recommendations for improvement.  

  • Develop solutions to operational challenges using analysis of current business processes 

  • Experience leading to change management initiatives. 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Contracting certification under FAC-C or DAWIA. 

  • Certified Associate in Project Management Professional (CAPM), or 

  • CMMI Associate Certificate – will provide training for certification.  

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience. 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, public policy, or English, preferred.
