Job description

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

SUMMARY:

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide clinical support and supervision to staff on assignment through our partnership with the Advanced Clinical Services program of the CCIU. The BCBA position will have the primary responsibility of providing clinical supervision to staff who are fulfilling their RBT hours or completing their BCBA internship. This will include providing direct, on-site supervision across all areas of Chester County, PA as well as cases in Montgomery County, PA. In addition, virtual, group supervision will be provided after work hours for both BCBA and RBT groups. The Behavior Analyst will ensure that all regulations and documentation are being met as required by the BACB for BCBA interns and RBT supervision. The position will provide ongoing feedback and training to meet the individualized needs of the BCBA interns and RBT staff. This position is responsible for the design, direction, and implementation of positive behavioral supports provided to students. The incumbent will provide high quality services in the areas of functional behavioral assessment, positive behavior support plan development, verbal behavior assessment, consultation, and staff training.

  • 200 day position - includes 10 summer work days
  • Salary/year range $75,000 - $84,000 (based on years of experience as a BCBA)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides individual and group supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) staff and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA & BCaBA) interns.
  • Provides supervision both onsite and virtually.
  • Provide constructive feedback on performance, focusing on both strengths and areas for improvement, and providing guidance for skill development. 
  • Ensure supervisees understand and adhere to ethical guidelines, providing guidance on navigating ethical dilemmas and maintaining client well-being. 
  • Maintain record of supervision to meet credentialing standards.
  • Document all activities, including observations, feedback, and discussions, to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Assists in information sharing between supervisees, school staff, and supervisory teams to maintain clear and effective communication around student needs and program integrity.
  • Guides supervisees in how to appropriately communicate concerns or observations to classroom teachers, ensuring professional and respectful dialogue.
  • Provide opportunities for professional development, such as reviewing clinical cases, discussing treatment plans, and exploring further training opportunities. 

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • 3 + years of post BCBA certification experience

  • Education Documentation - Official Transcripts
  • TB screening
  • BCBA certification
