Requirements

About the role:

·       Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

·       Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

·       Troubleshoot technical issues to help customers make the most of our platform.

·       Keep up to date with insurance industry knowledge to provide the best possible recommendations.

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management.

·       Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
