This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting clients in navigating the world of virtual jobs and freelancing.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Czech-speaking clients using virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, job postings, payment processes, and platform features.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address user needs and improve service delivery.
  • Educate customers about platform functionalities, security measures, and best practices for successfully using the service.
  • Gather user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or freelance industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and customer support tools.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
