Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding their online gaming experience.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about account creation, game rules, promotions, and transaction issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfactory gaming experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions for tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer support issues.
  • Stay updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and new game releases.
  • Collect customer feedback to help enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or online gaming sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail for effective problem resolution.
  • Flexibility to work during various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
