About the Role

Yodeck seeks a talented and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our Support Team. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with strong communication skills who will contribute to our community, build, grow, and energize our user community. Responsibilities

  • Be Our Community Ambassador: Build and expand user communities through education, accreditation programs, meet-ups, webinars and many more.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Support leadership to align enablement initiatives with campaigns, launches, and strategic priorities.
  • Create Impact: Foster self-help forums and promote product adoption by educating and empowering the community.
  • Amplify our Voice: Showcase real-world success stories through social media and content initiatives, using the creative power of our teams.
  • Fuel Product Innovation: Collaborate with internal experts to gather user feedback and help integrate it into the product development cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
  • Fundamental understanding of social media management and community engagement.
  • Proven track record of more than +4 years in managing online communities from inception to growth, including ideation, execution, and scaling strategies.
  • Familiar with the SPACES framework.
  • Technically savvy, able to quickly learn, adopt, and own new technologies and platforms.
  • Comfortable navigating and leveraging digital tools; a bonus if you consider yourself a data geek.
  • Understands and enjoys gamification and believes in making technology engaging and fun.
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
