Job description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Staff4Me. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to identify and nurture leads, driving new business opportunities while effectively communicating the value of our services to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by initiating conversations and ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate new leads through outreach via phone, email, and social media.
  • Engage prospects with compelling messaging to initiate conversations and qualify interest.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback on customer insights and market trends to help shape future sales strategies.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales methodologies.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening abilities and a persuasive demeanor.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
