Responsibilities  

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers and business analysts; 
• Illustrate design ideas with appropriate tools; 
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets; 
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like; 
• Bring the prototypes into fully usable by the development team HTML pages; 
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders; 
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems; 
•  Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback; 
• Be able to work on several projects in parallel; 
• Work as a part of a team and as an independent unit; 
• Work alongside other designers to facilitate optimal and comprehensive enterprise solutions. 

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the role of Web Designer or similar
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe CC & Figma
• Ability to write clean and standards-compliant HTML and CSS, as well as proficiency in front-end frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap and Material UI
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessing
• A strong desire to continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with diverse team members
• Effective time-management skills
• Working proficiency in English
• Familiarity with using GitHub/Azure

Good to have 

• Good knowledge of best UX practices;
• Building Design Systems Figma -> HTML/CSS
• Experience in developing enterprise solutions; 
• Ability to create motion graphics; 
• Wordpress knowledge;
